Project Management Skills Program NQF Level 5
This skills programme provides learners with the structure and discipline to achieve desired project outcomes on time and within budget in a way that ensures that people stay focused on outcomes and remain in control all the way. Even though this skills programme do not include formal Microsoft Projects training, learners get taught how to use a platform such as MS Projects.

- Demonstrate an understanding of the project risk management processes
- Identify the risks that apply to a project
- Analyse the threats and opportunities of a project
- Develop responses for risks and update the risk management plan
- Develop the Project Management approach
- Compile a preliminary project scope statement
- Refine the project organisational structure, profiles, roles and responsibilities
- Determine the integrated change control procedures
